Horsin' Around

My weekend was spent building structures and Trying to remember I love knitting. Whole I finished a novel, the stashbuster project I've need working on since OCTOBER still did not get finished. It will get done today no matter what!

I have two goats for sale eight now and I'm picking up a newbie Friday morning, an Angora fiber goat.

I made some hay feeders specifically for goats based on a design for horses. The holes are smaller si their heads wont get stuck and there are two so they can get at the flake from different angles. They're working marvelously. Don't know why I didn't make them sooner.

Another must for this week is to finish weeding one of the smaller garden beds and get it planted, as well as finish up one more project on needles and frog another. Keep your fingers crossed for me!!!

Welcome to the first day of my farm dreamin' life!

I'm a dreamer. I always have been. I see no problem with living with my head in the clouds, feet hovering above the ground slightly instead of firmly planted as we are so often taught by our wisest as children. This blog is a journal of my following one of my many, many dreams.. This particular fantasy includes smelly animals, homegrown food and an AMAZING amount of poo. Welcome to my hobby farm, Rockabilly Ranch!! If you'd. like to follow my crafting blog you can do so heremy crafting and parenting blog. Of course, if you'd rather read about birthing goats, hatching chickens, raising ducks and feeding worms, than this is the place to be. By the way, I'm am by no means claiming to be a literary genius or an aspiring poet with quill in hand. I'm simply a some gal with a lot in my head and much to say. Please respect that. WISH ME LUCK!! I'll need it by the trough full.
